About

They call me Davalos, moviegoer extraordinaire. Since my humble beginnings in the lush jungles of Colombia, I’ve been a movie fan, fascinated by the idea that moving pictures can be used to tell stories.
My educational background goes as far as Junior year in High School. I graduated from River Eves Elementary School in 2005, and then from Haynes Bridge Middle School in 2008. By then, the seed of cinema had been planted in me, and I started shooting short films with my cousin who, like me, had a passion for anything gory.
Upon entering High School, I enrolled in the Broadcast and Video Production Class, where I’ve been able to hone my skills as a filmmaker. Currently, I’m working on making several short films, one of which I hope will get me into NYU.
